Our standard lead time is currently 8 to 12 weeks. Because each piece is handcrafted to order in our workshop, this timeline allows our craftsmen to ensure the highest quality finish.

Yes, we ship our furniture across Canada and the United States. We offer both standard curbside delivery and premium white-glove inside delivery options at checkout.
Can I customize the dimensions or finish of a product?

How do I care for and maintain my solid wood furniture?
We recommend cleaning with a soft, damp cloth and avoiding harsh chemical cleaners. To maintain the wood's integrity, keep your furniture away from direct heat sources and maintain a consistent humidity level in your home.

Since our furniture is built specifically for you, we do not accept returns on custom or made-to-order pieces. However, if there is a structural defect or shipping damage, we will work quickly to repair or replace the item.
